| While it isn't the Unions position to "go after" your co-worker (union brother or sister), there are ways to make the employer address the issue of harrassment. Should you experience a problem with one of your co-workers, you should report it to your immediate Supervisor. If the harrassment issue is not addressed and continues, contact your Union Steward and he/she then meet with your Supervisor (Labor-Management Meeting) to discuss the issue. If the issue is not resolved, a grievance may be filed against the supervisor for allowing the harrassment to continue. |
