Important Announcements:

• Membership meetings for June 28th and July 26th have been canceled. The next membership meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011. Should a Union emergency arise between today's date and August 23rd members will be notified and a meeting date will be posted. HAVE A FUNAND SAFE SUMMER!! (All meetings will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month).
   
• Quad-City Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO Meetings: All AFSCME members are invited to attend the monthly meetings of the Quad City Federation of Labor. These meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 2835 - 7th Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois.
   
• Notice to all Rock Island County Employees:  Rock Island County now has a website specifically for Employees only! The website was created by the County Web Administrator, Sue Adams, who is also on the Union Executive Board, an active member of Local 2025 A&B and the web administrator for this site. The Employee only website is called the C.A.F.E., which stands for County Access For Employees and contains a lot of valuable information and requires a password to access the site.
